According to tradition, Minister Hakobyan dressed 13-year old participant Ruben Hovhannisian from Cyprus in a shirt and hat with the “Ari Tun” logo on them.
During the event, the young Diaspora Armenians recited poems devoted to the homeland, and participant of SHANT TV’s X Factor TV contest Gevorg Pashayan from Tyumen welcomed the participants with his song.
The parents of the Diaspora Armenian youth and the members of the host families gave speeches and expressed gratitude to the Ministry of Diaspora for organizing this program aimed at preserving the Armenian identity.
