Early this morning, 18 Kessab-Armenians reached Lebanon after having been taken to Turkey as a result of the attack on the Armenian-populated city of Kessab. The Kessab-Armenians flew from Istanbul to Beirut obviously had no passports or relevant documents.

The corresponding bodies of the political party and the national authorities had made consistent efforts to provide them with the necessary documents to reach Beirut.

The Syrian-Armenian relief body in Lebanon has taken necessary actions to provide the Armenians of Kessab with homes.
