On Apr. 15, RA Ambassador to Lebanon Ashot Kocharyan met with President of Lebanon, General Mishel Suleyman, reports the RA MFA press office to “Hayern Aysor”.

Praising the level of bilateral relations between the two friendly countries, the sides discussed the opportunities for the deepening of those relations and underlined the importance of close collaboration within international organizations.

During the meeting, Ambassador Kocharyan expressed Armenia’s deep concern about the events taking place in Kessab. The sides also touched upon Lebanon’s domestic issues and regional affairs.

In the end, the President of Lebanon asked Ambassador Kocharyan to transmit his warm greetings to RA President Serzh Sargsyan.
