A monograph on the political systems of Abkhazia, South Ossetia and Nagorno-Karabakh has been published in Poland.

Author of the book is Rafał Czachor, an expert in policy of post-Soviet states. This is the first comprehensive study of the formation and functioning of political systems of  three countries of the South Caucasus.

The monograph was published by Polish-Russian institute. The book says that the common Western approach to the problem of Nagorno- Karabakh as aspiration of having their own state through the prism of international intrigue and pressure on the authorities of Azerbaijan is not justified and is abusive towards the people of Artsakh.

The author says NKR has the full right to independence and should be recognized by the world community.
