The large-scale construction of a lubricant factory — jointly established by Multi Group Concern and Armoil — is drawing to an end in the area near the road leading to the city of Yeghvard in Kotayk Province. This factory, established under the personal guarantee of founder of Multi Group Concern Gagik Tsarukyan, will help create hundreds of jobs, increase taxes payable to the State Budget and provide Armenia with local products meeting international standards. On July 9, representatives of the National Oil Company of the United Arab Emirates visited the factory. In Yerevan they were also received by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan.
