The events dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia continue in Spain. The “heroes” of yet another event organized by Ararat Armenian Association were the children of the Armenian Sunday school who painted images that symbolized the victories of the Armenians in the month of May and that have been included as part of the “My Armenia” painting competition.

As reported the Association to Hayern Aysor, Roman Khachatryan (8 years old), Monica Grigoryan (12 years old) and Helena Ghukasyan (12 years old) shared the first, second and third places.

Beloved actors Haik and Gohar Sargsyan were invited to the award ceremony and personally handed the awards and gifts.

A couple of days ago, the actors performed the first act of the play “My Home or Regardless” at the cultural center in Mislata. The play was also dedicated to the 100^th anniversary of the First Republic of Armenia.

The events in Spain will end next week with an event to be held by the Armenian community of Valencia. The event is entitled “Homeland” and organized by the Armenian school’s homeroom teacher Svetlana Karapetyan.
