Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan received the delegation led by Chairman of the Central Committee of Homenetmen-Armenian General Athletic Union Karnig Meguerditchian, reported the press service of the Government of the Republic of Armenia.

Greeting the guests, the Prime Minister highly appreciated the organization’s role in preserving the Armenian identity and, on behalf of the Armenian government, expressed willingness to support the implementation of Homenetmen’s initiatives and the dissemination of its ideas.

The guests congratulated Nikol Pashinyan on the occasion of being elected Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and wished him success in his efforts for Armenia’s development. Karnig Meguerditchian presented the program of events dedicated to Homenetmen’s 100^th anniversary to be held in Armenia on 19-29 July. Meguerditchian stated that 1,200 scouts representing Homenetmen’s branches will be visiting Armenia to participate in the events. Karnig Meguerditchian invited the Prime Minister to participate in the major event dedicated to the 100^th anniversary, and the invitation was cordially accepted.
