“Armat” techno camp to be held for schoolchildren from Armenia and the Diaspora

This year, “Armat” techno camp will be hosted in the Gugark Camp of Lori Province from July 1 to 11. The camping event is held by the Union of Information Technology Enterprises (UITE), which is the creator of ArmRobotics (a program for the development of innovative education and robot construction in Armenia) and Armat engineering laboratory.
“Armat” techno camp has been held for the past three years. Through this techno camp, 10-14-year-olds children and teens of Armenia and the Diaspora will spend their technological summer vacation in a cordial and creative environment in which they will learn the basics of programming and robot construction and gain a sense of feeling responsible for teamwork, following rules and helping each other. They will also participate in trips to historic and cultural monuments, play entertaining games and learn Armenian dances and more.
