Book presentation held in Belgium

On November 29, founder of the Armenian Association of Valencia Ararat Ghukasyan was hosted during an event held at the Armenian school of Progress Union of Brussels. Last year, Ararat Ghukasyan released his book of poems entitled “Searching on the Road”, which has been presented in different parts of the world, including Spain, Armenia, Poland, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, the Netherlands and now in Belgium.
As reported the event organizers to Hayern Aysor, the event began with welcoming remarks by Principal of the Armenian school Levon Muradyan, who introduced the guest and his career. The speech was followed by a performance by the children of the Armenian school. In his turn, Ararat provided details about his life and career in foreign cities. The attendees gladly received the guest. Everyone was in a warm atmosphere, and the schoolchildren asked many questions. There were intimate conversations through which both parties received a piece of soul food that Armenians abroad need so much.
The inner drive to help the homeland and the nation runs like a red thread in Ararat Ghukasyan’s career and daily life. It is his respiration. As you read Ararat Ghukasyan’s poems, it is impossible not to be ?infected’ with his feelings of patriotism. The thoughts about his mother, the homeland, love and nature touch the hearts of a reader and lead the reader to a new world of reflections.
