Russian cosmonaut-pilot and hero of the Russian Federation Sergey Ryazansky recently posted photos of Yerevan taken from space on his Facebook page and has now posted a photo of Lake Sevan taken from the International Space Station.

“Lake Sevan is the largest aquatic territory in Armenia and the Caucasus. At the same time, it is the highest and very sweet-tasting lake in Eurasia. The lake is located in Gegharkunik Province and is 1,900 meters above sea level,” wrote Sergey Ryazansky in his post.
