Naregatsi Art Institute hosts 10-year-old Finnish-Armenian painter Emanuel Keshishyan’s exhibition

Naregatsi Art Institute hosted the exhibition featuring paintings by 10-year-old Finland-based painter Emanuel Keshishyan.
Hayern Aysor, citing Naregatsi Art Institute’s Facebook page, reports that in 2016, Emanuel, who suffers from autism, held his personal exhibitions at two different branches of the central library in the Finnish city of Vantaa. Emanuel Keshishyan has been painting since he was two-and-a-half years old. The paintings, which are a reflection of Keshishyan’s thoughts in different colors, impressed the Finns, who attended his exhibition and asked to extend it.
As the child’s mother, Karine Danielyan stated, each of Emanuel’s paintings has a story behind it, showing his inner world and his unique and symbolic thoughts.
The young painter has also participated in the exhibition-competition organized by the RA Ministry of Diaspora and won an encouraging award.
