World famous French-Armenian chansonnier Charles Aznavour was hosted at the Consulate of Armenia in Marseille.

Deputy Mayor of Marseille Valery Buaye awarded Aznavour with the medal of the 11^th and 12^th Districts of Marseille. Deputy Mayors of Marseille Didier Parakian and Richard Findigian were also attending the meeting.

Aznavour stated that he would continue to give concerts and that he was planning on giving a concert at Bersi (the largest concert hall in Paris) in December 2017.
