Armenian Movie Week kicked off in Vilnius on November 25. The event is organized by the RA Embassy in Lithuania and the Union of Cinematographers of Lithuania with support from Yerevan Municipality.

The first day of the event, Artak Igityan’s and Vahan Stepanyan’s film Sunrise over Lake Sevan was shown at the Union of Cinematographers of Lithuania and was preceded by opening remarks by RA Ambassador to Lithuania Ara Ayvazyan and President of the Union of Cinematographers of Lithuania, film director Gitis Lukshas. Durin the Armenian Movie Week, the best Armenian films (If Everyone… Mixed Parallels and David of Sasun), as well as several other films produced in the past couple of years will also be presented in Vilnius on November 29.
