РусскийArmenian Youth Center opens in Sweden
February 25th marked the opening of an Armenian Youth Center in the Swedish city of Goteborg. The cultural center is under the direct sponsorship of the Armenian Apostolic Church and is devoted to preservation and dissemination of the Armenian nation and culture.
As reported leader of the Armenian ecclesiastical community of Goteborg Haikanoush Hovhannisyan to Hayern Aysor, the Armenians of Goteborg combined their efforts and gathered Armenian group leaders to provide Armenian language courses, fine arts courses, Armenian song and dance lessons and guitar lessons.
All the books, textbooks and didactic materials were provided by the Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia, for which we express our gratitude.
