Inter-agency commission set up to solve issues of Armenia’s bordering villages

Upon the decision of Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia Karen Karapetyan, an inter-agency commission has been set up to solve the issues to be coordinated in the bordering villages of the country.
Karen Karapetyan’s decision on the commission is posted at e-gov.am. The chairperson of the inter-agency commission is RA Minister of Defense Vigen Sargsyan.
The commission will, within a three-month period, submit proposals for the solutions to economic and other issues in bordering villages (construction of barricades in front of schools and kindergartens, construction of shelters for protection from the adversary’s bombardments, provision of weaponry for patrol service of residents in case of escalation of the situation in bordering villages, improvement of roads leading to agricultural lands and planning of investment projects within bordering villages).
