Hello, Armenian soldier!

You are receiving this letter from the students of Mesrop Mashtots Armenian School of the French-Armenian Organization in Toulouse, France.

We congratulate you on the 25^th anniversary of the formation of the Armenian Army!

Perhaps you are still under 25 and had always dreamed of becoming a child when you were a child. Perhaps you have already worn a military uniform, or have put on a large military hat, dreaming of becoming a commander.

Now you are a soldier, and your dream has come true. Now you are fulfilling your sacred duty. You are the defender of our Homeland.

We know it is hard for you to fight and not be depressed, to resist without retreating, to attack and not look back, and to die without thinking twice…You are a beginner on the battlefield, but you already have a lot of experience, Soldier! You are a Hero, our glory, our breath, our hope and our brave Soldier.

The war doesn’t make you desperate, doesn’t break your spirit and doesn’t make you weak. The war won’t lead to chaos on Armenian land since your strength, courage and the spirit of a man mean premature death for the enemy.

We pray for you, Soldier! Fulfill your duty to your homeland and return home, Soldier!

If only all Soldiers return home and no mother mourns!

If only the country is always in peace and no child is ever sad!

Be and remain firm, majestic and unwavering like our mountains, like Ararat!

Be a good son, a good father and a good person! You are our face, our stronghold, our unbreakable column.
