On November 23, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received representative of the World Armenian Evangelical Council and the Armenian Evangelical Association in Europe, President of the Union of Armenian Evangelical Churches in Eurasia, the Very Rev. Dr. Rene Levonian.
Greeting the guest, Minister Hranush Hakobyan attached importance to the pro-Armenian activities of the Armenian Evangelical Association and expressed gratitude for the support to the solution to the issues facing Syrian-Armenians.
During the meeting, the sides touched upon the issues facing Armenians today, including Armenia’s economic development, the Artsakh issue and the issues of Syrian-Armenians. They also discussed issues on future cooperation and organizational issues and indicated the future actions.
