Dear members of the staff of the RA Ministry of Diaspora,

I cordially congratulate the entire staff of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and Minister Hranush Hakobyan on the 5^th anniversary of the ministry.

Since its inception, the RA Ministry of Diaspora has been supporting the holy act of preserving the Armenian identity with generosity towards one-day Armenian schools abroad.

The Ministry of Diaspora has helped further strengthen the relations between the Homeland and Diaspora Armenian communities.

As we celebrate the fifth anniversary of fruitful efforts of the Ministry of Diaspora, I wish the ministry more success and achievements for the benefit of our nation and the homeland.
