Ambassador of Morocco presents copies of credentials to Armenian FM

On October 28, the newly appointed Ambassador of Morocco to Armenia Mina Tunisi (seat in Kiev) presented the copies of her credentials to RA Minister of Foreign Affairs Edward Nalbandyan.
Congratulating the Ambassador on her appointment, Minister Nalbandyan mentioned that the development of relations with Arab countries is one of the important directions of Armenia’s foreign policy and voiced hope that the Ambassador will contribute to the development of the traditionally friendly relations between the two countries.
Expressing gratitude for the reception, Ambassador Tunisi mentioned that Morocco is interested in the development of relations with Armenia and assured that she will gear her efforts towards making progress in different spheres of the bilateral cooperation.
Issues on the expansion of the juridical-contractual field, the holding of consultations between the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, partnership within international organizations and the strengthening of commercial and economic relations were touched upon during the meeting.
Minister Nalbandyan presented the Ambassador of Morocco with Armenia’s and the international community’s efforts for the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict settlement, reports the RA MFA press office to “Hayern Aysor”.
