Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, addressed to the President of the Republic of Armenia in connection with the 25th anniversary of Armenia’s independence.

 “It gives me great pleasure to send your Excellency my congratulations on the celebration of your National Day, in the year in which Republic of Armenia celebrates 25 years of independence, together with my best whishes for the people of Armenia in the coming year,” the message reads.
