Artsakh’s achievements shown in handmade items made by members of children’s creative centers

On September 2, at the initiative of the Ministry of Culture of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic, members of children’s creative centers and individuals of all regions of Artsakh showcased their works at an exhibition-sale held in the central oval grove of Stepanakert on the sidelines of the events dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

This is what Head of the Department for Organizing Events and Relations at the NKR Ministry of Culture Arus Gasparyan informed in an interview with Artsakhpress, adding that the exhibition-sale will continue until 18:00.

The majority of the works were devoted to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.

“We present our works in Stepanakert on all holidays, but this day is a special day for us. Most of the works of our members are devoted to the 25th anniversary of Independence of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic. The rugs, handmade items, clay plates and the other works show the history of Artsakh spanning millennia and the achievements that the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has made over the past 25 years of independence,” director of the art school of Askeran Anahit Badalyan said in detail.
