Dear Mrs. Hakobyan,

Taking the opportunity, I would like to congratulate you once again on the 5^th anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora, which has helped bring Diaspora Armenians together and has given meaning to the existence of the versatile Armenian communities.

I wish you more strength and vigor and, most importantly, health and all the best.

Mrs. Hakobyan, I would also like to emphasize that you have always attached importance and have paid attention to our daily newspaper and to me as an editor. Evidence of that is your invitation to participate in the event dedicated to the ministry’s fifth anniversary. You are surely aware of our conditions, and in addition to that, I had personal issues and was unable to attend the major events that you had organized, for which I apologize and express my gratitude to you for your attention and the invitation.

I’m certain that new programs and initiatives will serve as an opportunity for us to meet again.
