Pope invited Syrian refugees to the Vatican for lunch

Pope Francis had lunch with Syrian refugees, reports CTV News, according to news.am.

At the Pope’s invitation, the migrants came from the Greek Lesbos island and lunched at the home of Saint Martha of the Vatican where the Pope has a separate floor.

It is stated that the Pope had lunch with two groups of Syrian refugees whom the Pope had visited Greece on 16 April. Upon his return to the Vatican, the Pope had brought 12 migrants with him.
