Guided by point 16 of Article 55 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia amended in 2005 and accepting as a basis the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On state awards and honorary titles of the Republic of Armenia”, I d e c i d e:
To award Lieutenant-General Norat Ter-Grigoryants with the Saint Vardan Mamikonyan Order for the outstanding services that he has provided to the construction of the army.
