In light of the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora, I would like to warmly congratulate you and the entire staff at the ministry.

Throughout its short existence, the RA Ministry of Diaspora has done a tremendous amount of work to preserve the Armenian identity and consolidate the potential of Diaspora Armenians.

Besides cooperating with the Armenian Diaspora, the RA Ministry of Diaspora has also provided assistance to several schools and organizations in Javakhk.

Taking the opportunity, I would like to express our deep gratitude for the financial assistance provided for the news portal of Akhaltskha, which has helped us preserve and enhance the only electronic media outlet in Javakhk.

Once again, I congratulate you on the 5^th anniversary of the RA Ministry of Diaspora and wish you more success for the strengthening of the Armenian statehood and the development of the Armenia-Diaspora partnership.
