We cordially congratulate you on the fifth anniversary of the Ministry of Diaspora.

Throughout the past five years, the ministry has carried out several programs and has made its contribution to the establishment and deepening of relations between the Republic of Armenia and the Armenian Diaspora.

In this period, the Ministry of Diaspora has had successes and failures. Naturally, it’s difficult to create an institution that can collaborate with the already formed or forming Diaspora correctly in five years. However, it’s also nice to see that the ministry is capable of having its own approaches towards issues improving.

We believe the obstacles will be overcome and the path that the Ministry of Diaspora has chosen is right and will help ensure the welfare of the nation.

Once again, we congratulate you, wishing you success for the welfare of Armenians in the Republic of Armenia, Artsakh and the entire Diaspora.
