On October 10, RA Ambassador to the Czech Republic and Slovakia Tigran Seyranyan visited the Prelacy of the Catholic Church of the Czech Republic where he had a meeting with Archbishop of Prague, leader of the Czech Catholic Church, Cardinal Dominique Duka.

The interlocutors touched upon Armenian-Czech cultural and church relations, discussed the perspectives of partnership between the Armenian Apostolic Church and the Czech Catholic Church and talked about the possibility of implementing joint cultural programs.

During the meeting, the sides touched upon issues related to the Armenian community, particularly the possibility of building an Armenian church in Prague. Cardinal Dominique Duka expressed willingness to try to provide the Czech-Armenians with support, reports the RA MFA press office to “Hayern Aysor”.
