Minister of Diaspora participated in opening of Helios Podology Medical Center

On June 18, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan participated in the opening of Diaspora Armenian doctor Helen Azarian’s Helios Podology Medical Center in Yerevan (Address: 27/1 Amiryan Street).
Greeting the gathered, Minister Hranush Hakobyan congratulated Kuwaiti-Armenian doctor Helen Azarian, the medical center’s employees and especially Armenian women for having the opportunity to benefit from such exclusive services. The Minister also praised the efforts of Diaspora Armenians who make investments and create jobs in the homeland.
“I am pleased with the fact that we are cutting the second ribbon of the Helios medical centers. There are many state-of-the-art medical centers, but Diaspora Armenians are trying to work in new directions. Helios Podology Medical Center is opening in the heart of Yerevan and will be providing medical and esthetic care of feet and hands, making citizens feel healthy and beautiful. I would like to give special thanks to Helen’s husband, Kuwaiti-Armenian businessman Philip Patatanian, who is generously opening the second medical center in Yerevan. I hope Helios medical centers are also established in Armenia’s provinces, particularly in Gyumri. Helios has been around for nearly a decade and has introduced a new culture of providing healthcare and services in Armenia. What’s very important is that the medical center has highly qualified doctors and experts like Professor Eduard Danielyan. Once again, I would like to congratulate the beautiful Helen and her wonderful family for carrying out such a brilliant project and for forming such a team of cordial employees and creating an Armenian environment. I wish you have more ideas, more strength and vigor and carry out more beneficial initiatives.”
In her welcoming remarks, the medical center’s director Helen Azarian expressed gratitude to the Minister of Diaspora and to all those who had been by her side and had helped her open the medical center. She stated that Helios Medical Center was founded in Kuwait 20 years ago and opened its branch in Armenia in 2007.
“The new branch has podological care and estethic care sections, providing customers with multilateral services and the opportunity to leave the center with a good look. The medical center is equipped with state-of-the-art German equipment. I hope our center provides beneficial services and mitigates the worries of people who have problems with their feet and hands,” Helen Azarian stated.
