Residence under construction in Artsakh with funding from Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia

The second stage of construction of the New Cilicia residence in Artsakh is drawing to an end. The residence is being built at the initiative of and through funding from the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia.

As the Ministry of Urban Development of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic reported to “Artsakhpress”, 10 apartments have been exploited in the first stage, and another 20 are under construction. Works are currently being carried out for interior design, improvement of streets and energy supply.

New water supply systems are in place, and water pipelines will be placed in apartments this year. Let us mention that the New Cilicia residence is located next to the Kichan and New Ghazanchi villages of the Martakert region. The apartments will be distributed to the addressees by the Housing Commission of the Government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic.
