18 Wounded in Istanbul blast, fatalities reported

As reported earlier, an explosion rocked a bus stop in Istanbul, Turkey on June 7.
18 were wounded, including 8 police officers. There are conflicting reports on fatalities: “Dogan” agency reports 1 person killed, while “HaberTurk” says the blast claimed the lives of 2 civilians.
According to “Hurriyet”, eyewitness accounts suggest the explosive device was mounted on a parked car. Gunfire was reportedly heard after the explosion. Heavy police presence is reported at the scene.
