On May 22, French-Armenian mountaineer Ara Khachadourian climbed to the peak of Mount Everest and dedicated his achievement to the Armenian people.

“I am at the highest peak in the world. I did it. I did it for all Armenians of the world and for myself. Our actions are everlasting. We remember and demand. We never forget the 24^th of April of 1915 and the 1.5 million innocent victims. Let the whole world know how powerful the Armenian nation is,” wrote Ara Khachadourian on his Facebook page, as reported Hayern Aysor. Khachadourian also raised the Armenian tricolor flag at the peak of Mount Everest.
