Artsakh PM receives delegation of the Armenian Assembly of America

On May 23, Prime Minister of the Artsakh Republic Arayik Harutyunyan received the delegation of the Armenian Assembly of America led by Co-Chair of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Assembly of America Van Krikorian.

As reported the Department of Information and Public Relations of the Government of the Artsakh Republic, the Prime Minister expressed gratitude to the representatives of the Armenian American organization for their ongoing attention towards the issues facing Artsakh. Harutyunyan attached special importance to their support to Artsakh these days and stated that it is an appropriate occasion to become familiar with the current issues on the spot.

“Although the military operations took place in a short period and in a couple of areas, the negative consequences will be felt for a long time and in different sectors. I am certain that all Armenians will make efforts to eliminate the consequences and help Artsakh become more developed. From that perspective, we hope Armenians stay united like they united during the first days of the war in April, and you play a huge role in that regard,” the Prime Minister said.

Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the Armenian Assembly of America Van Krikorian expressed gratitude to Arayik Harutyunyan for the reception and the cooperation that was established years ago. Krikorian expressed their willingness to not spare any efforts to eliminate the consequences and to activate lobbying efforts for Artsakh in the United States.
