On May 3, His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos had a phone conversation with His Excellency, President of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic Bako Sahakyan, as reported on the Facebook page of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia, according to Hayern Aysor.

The phone conversation between His Holiness and the President was focused on the current state of affairs in Nagorno-Karabakh. The Supreme Patriarch invited President Bako Sahakyan to visit Lebanon and reaffirmed the total solidarity of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia and the dioceses with Nagorno-Karabakh.
