Starting from 4 April, the Government of the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic has been collecting materials to support the citizens devastated by the military operations and the Defense Army through the operational headquarters established within the government. Based on the data provided on 29 April, various products have been imported to Artsakh, and only some of them have been transferred to the addressees through the operational headquarters.

The products stored by the headquarters have been classified in groups and provided to the Defense Army, the people displaced from the bordering villages, hospitals and military hospitals and the families of volunteers who have gone to the border.

Most of the materials have been taken out of the storages of the headquarters, particularly 3,020 packages, 9,228 boxes and 140.2 tons of food, over 153,917 bottles of beverages, about 104,680 packs and 197 boxes of cigarettes, 4,960 bedding accessories, etc.
