Son of Chief of Staff of Ministry of Diaspora Firdus Zakaryan is serving on the frontline in Artsakh

The Ministry of Diaspora of the Republic of Armenia has been actively in contact with Diaspora Armenian structures and organizations since the very first hours of the four-day war between Nagorno-Karabakh and Azerbaijan. Evidence of that are the protests, marches for claims, solidarity actions and fundraisers that Diaspora Armenians have been organizing after paying heed to the call made by the RA Ministry of Diaspora.

“Starting from April 2, we have sent nearly 4,500 e-mails to Armenian communities and Diaspora Armenian organizations calling on them to take action and have the parliaments and governments of their respective countries hold the hand of the aggressor,” says Chief of Staff of the RA Ministry of Diaspora Firdus Zakaryan, whose son is also serving in the Armenian Army and is on the frontline.
