The 1994 and 1995 agreements on the NKR ceasefire remain the basis of the ceasefire in the conflict zone. As “Armenpress” reports, this was stated by the Russian MFA.
“Russia, in the context to NKR developments firmly bases on the fact that the 1994 ceasefire agreement and the 1995 agreement have termless nature and as previously are still the basis for the ceasefire in the conflict zone”, the Russian MFA statement reads. It reads that this fundamental position is stated in the OSCE Russian representation’s message, which was sent to the Azerbaijani OSCE representation on April 12.
