On April 9, the New York chapters of two traditional Armenian political parties held a protest in front of the Headquarters of the United Nations, reports Hayern Aysor, citing Voice of America.

Concerned about the Armenians’ sweeping protest, nearly twenty Turks and Azerbaijanis had gathered in front of the Turkish Center located next to the Headquarters.

For two hours, the Armenian protesters drew the attention of passers-by by screaming “Karabakh is an Armenian land”, “We want justice” and “We want freedom”.
