School of Artchis town celebrated Avetis Aharonyan’s 150th birth anniversary

On March 31, the secondary school of Artchis town celebrated the 150th birth anniversary of political figure, publicist and writer Avetis Aharonyan, reports the school to Hayern Aysor.
The goal of the event is to know great Armenians, enroot patriotism and promote preservation of the Armenian identity. The event’s organizer Haiarpi Musayelyan presented the goal of the event, and the attendees viewed photos and aphorisms by Avetis Aharonyan. The attendees also listened to what great Armenians have said about Aharonyan.
The schoolchildren presented the life of the great patriot, as well as his career as a writer and publicist.
The works of Aharonyan were read during the event.
