On March 11, another meeting devoted to the solution to the issue of providing apartments to Syrian-Armenians having moved to Armenia due to the Syrian civil war was held within the scope of the Host a Family urgent housing reaction program of the “ALEPPO” Compatriotic Charitable Non-Governmental Organization. The venue for implementing this initiative is the area near the city of Spitak.
Among the participants of the meeting were Syrian-Armenians families facing a housing issue and wishing to settle in Armenia’s Lori Province, as reported on the official website of “ALEPPO” Organization, according to Hayern Aysor.
Member of the organization Naira Margarian provided the 65 Syrian-Armenians with details about the conditions of the apartments being offered and the opportunities that would allow the families to settle and create a good future for them in the Mother Homeland.
It should be mentioned that housing is one of the priority issues facing Syrian-Armenians families having moved to Armenia. Within the scope of this initiative, “ALEPPO” Organization is in collaboration with Global Hope Network International, which is carrying out the House of Easter housing project aimed at providing Syrian-Armenian families with homes.
