Human bones discovered in yard of another church turning into a cultural center in Turkey

The Datcha region of the Mughla State of Turkey has decided to turn a 19th century Greek church into a cultural center.
According to Demokrathaber.net, an old cemetery and a large number of human bones were discovered during renovation, reports ermenihaber.am.
The church was abandoned following the disappearance of the local Greek population in 1932, and the authorities have been using it as a storage room since 1970.
Let us mention that this is not the first case in Turkey when abandoned or dilapidated Greek or Armenian churches in cities and regions are turned into cultural centers.
