A tribute to founder of Metro Goldwyn-Mayer and Armenian benefactor Kirk Kerkorian was paid during the 88^th Academy Awards.

As reports Hayern Aysor, during the award ceremony, Oscar winner Louis Gossett Junior presented a video paying tribute to the outstanding individuals who passed away in 2015 and who had made weighty contributions to the advancement of cinema.

The music in the background was the famous song “Blackbird” by The Beatles.
