The “From an Old Woman to a Soldier” Project has been launched. Through this project, the “Hayreniki Darpasner” (Gates of the Homeland) social non-governmental organization will provide old women living in Armenia’s bordering villages with the food and strings needed to make the Armenian gata pastry and knit socks, as posted on the Facebook page of the “Hayreniki Darpasner” (Gates of the Homeland) social non-governmental organization, according to Hayern Aysor.

On January 28, the fresh gatas and warm socks will be delivered to the soldiers defending those bordering villages and the entire country.

All foods will be purchased from the bordering villages. The project will be carried out with the active participation of the children engaged in the Children of Bordering Villages at TUMO” Project.

Let us wish old Armenian women health and longevity, and let us wish that our soldiers ensuring peace in our country serve in peace.
