Turkey earthquake felt in Yerevan
An earthquake that hit Turkey on Thursday afternoon was felt in Armenia’s capital Yerevan.
A 4.8 magnitude tremor was registered by the Armenian seismic protection service at 14:11 p.m.
The earthquake measured 6-7 magnitude at the epicenter with hypocenter 10km beneath the surface. A 2-3 magnitude quake was registered by seismic stations in Ararat and Yerevan.
