China is interested in Iran­Armenia railway construction project and has presented different offers. Armenpress reports that Armenia Minister of Transport and Communication Gagik Beglaryan said the aforementioned in his talk with the journalists after the Government session. According to him, the Ministry works daily on the railway construction project as the project has great importance for our country.

“A visit to China is expected which will take place at the end of September. The agenda will include that issue as well, because we have many offers from different organizations. We have chosen the 2 best offers and if there is news in the nearest time, I will present them” said the Minister.

Gagik Beglaryan refused to introduce any details noting that he will do it only if a final agreement is reached. “The Chinese are very interested in the railway construction and I think they presented good offers”, said Beglaryan.
