Armenia is starting to become more and more interesting for Italian tourists.

This is what Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Italy to Armenia Giovanni Riciulli said while talking to journalists during the official opening ceremony of the Doubletree by Hilton international hotel in Yerevan. “There has been a rise in the number of Italian tourists visiting Armenia recently. More and more Italians are coming to Armenia.”

In this regard, he attached importance to the opening of another international hotel in Yerevan, which will contribute to the development of tourism in Armenia. “I attach great importance to the role that this hotel will play in the development of tourism,” the Ambassador concluded.

The official opening of the Doubletree by Hilton international hotel was held in Yerevan on July 18. Among the participants were RA President Serzh Sargsyan, Mayor of Yerevan Taron Margaryan, RA Minister of Economy Karen Tchshmarityan, as well as several guests from Armenia and other countries.
