Another stage of the “Ari Tun” Program is over
The second stage of the 2015 “Ari Tun” Program of the RA Ministry of Diaspora ended with a solemn closing ceremony held at the “Ari Tun” Camp in Tsaghkadzor. Among the participants were Head of the Department of All-Armenian Programs at the RA Ministry of Diaspora Gagik Gyanjumyan and guests.
Gagik Gyanjumyan greeted the gathered and particularly said the following: “Dear friends, I welcome you to Armenia. I hope you spent unforgettable days and became more connected to Armenia. It is as if you feel more energetic and motivated in the Homeland and return as a better Armenian. This program is expanding year after year. We attach great importance to the fact that your compatriots from Syria also participated in the program. Dear youth, the future is yours. You are the future of our country. I want you to leave the camp with a high sense of responsibility for the homeland and have the idea of unity and consolidation.”
Gyanjumyan thanked the participants’ parents and the host families for their trust and cooperation.
The second stage of the “Ari Tun” Program ended with the traditional farewell bonfire during which the participants of the program gave a concert that they had been preparing for during their days spent at the camp. Participant of the Folk Singer-3 TV contest Minas Hunanyan greeted the participants with a performance.
The second stage of the program was held with the participation of 104 young Armenians from 7 countries, including the Russian Federation, the United States of America, Ukraine, Belarus, Georgia and Lithuania, as well as 13 Syrian-Armenian boys and girls who have moved to Armenia.
