By the pontifical order of His Holiness Karekin II, Supreme Patriarch and Catholicos of All Armenians, His Beatitude, Father, Archimandrite Serovbe Isakhanyan has been relieved of his duties assumed in the Armenian Diocese of Germany and has been referred to service in Holland as Vicar of the Patriarchal delegate of Western Europe.
