RA Ministry of Diaspora helped organize the meeting of founders of German WCR e.V. Foundation Uwe Leuschner and Karin von Bismarck with trade organizations in Armenia

On May 21, the RA Ministry of Diaspora helped organize the meeting of founders of the German WCR e.V Foundation (WirtshaftsClub Russland e.V.) Uwe Leuschner and Karin von Bismarck with representatives of Armenia’s trade organizations, as well as various unions and companies.

 Among the participants of the meeting were RA Deputy Minister of Diaspora Vahagn Melikyan, Head of the Department for Armenian Communities of Europe at the RA Ministry of Diaspora Hrachya Aslanyan, the Foundation’s delegation, as well as representatives of Ovne Ltd., Unitrans Ltd.,Selena Service Ltd., Ava Shoes, Yan Voyage, Thermorex,  Elbat, DWV Armenia and other organizations in Armenia.

 Some of these organizations of Armenia work with a German organization, while some work in one of the Silk Road countries, and other organizations collaborate with a company based and registered in any one of the countries of the Silk Road.

 The purpose of the meeting was to become familiar with the activities of the companies in Armenia. After the introduction, the delegates of the Foundation introduced the companies to a competition through which the three best companies will receive 5,000 Euros (first place), 3,000 Euros (second place) and 1,500 Euros (third place) in September 2015.

 The goal of the WCR e.V. Foundation is to consolidate people representing different cultures and organizations in one place, people who wish to present new ideas, projects and initiatives for business, trade, tourism and in several other sectors, contributing to successful cooperation, stability and cultural involvement in the Asian and European markets.

 Besides Yerevan, the Foundation has been organizing similar events in Berlin, Moscow, Frankfurt, Hamburg, Kishinev, Minsk, Hannover, Munich, Kiev and Tbilisi since January and is planning on holding meetings in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Beijing in June.
