РусскийHayPost to issue stamps dedicated to the Olympic Games in Sochi and the teaching of chess in schools
HayPost CJSC will be issuing special stamps for the Winter Olympic Games to be held in Sochi in 2014, correspondent of the International and Philately Department of HayPost CJSC Anna Ghukasyan told “ArmenPress”. Armenia’s athletes will also be participating in the Olympic Games.
Anna Ghukasyan also informed that this series of stamps is not the only one that will be dedicated to sports. This year, HayPost will also be issuing stamps dedicated to the inclusion of chess as a subject in the curricula of public schools throughout Armenia.
Armenian stamps are very well known and are accepted in international philately.
