On April 25, RA Minister of Diaspora Hranush Hakobyan received President of the Arutyunov and Friends Bar Association of Moscow, Doctor of Historical Sciences, Professor Alexander Arutyunov, as well as President of the ArmRos Association (association of lawyers specializing in Russian-Armenian relations in trade, economy, culture and science and in the sphere of legal services for Diaspora Armenians’ projects) Ruben Kirakosyan and board member Ivan Grigoryan.

The sides discussed the speeches and proposals that were given and made at the conference on “International Legal Issues on the Prevention of the Crime of Genocide and Liability”, which was held as part of the socio-political global forum entitled “Against the Crime of Genocide”.

The sides also determined the circles of future cooperation for the recognition and condemnation of the Armenian Genocide, as well as joint actions and programs.
